Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking form or WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. iKonic Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, with prior notice to the client.

Health & Safety

Clients are requested to inform our team of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to receiving services. iKonic Studio will not be held liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.

Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional environment. iKonic Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation. Additional charges may apply for complex designs or extended service durations.

Liability

iKonic Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Clients are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
