At Ikonic Studio, we are committed to delivering premium salon services and a satisfying experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a booking or payment.

Salon Services

All salon services are non-refundable once completed. Due to the personal and customized nature of our services, returns or refunds are not applicable after service delivery.

Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately or within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review the concern and may offer a service correction at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Online Payments & Advance Bookings

Payments made online or as advance booking amounts are non-refundable. In case of appointment rescheduling, advance payments may be adjusted to a future booking, subject to availability and salon approval.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made at short notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) may result in forfeiture of any advance payment made. Ikonic Studio reserves the right to decline future bookings in case of repeated no-shows.

Product Purchases

Retail products purchased from Ikonic Studio are eligible for exchange only if unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt. Cash refunds are not provided on products.

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards, prepaid packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. These must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Policy Changes

Ikonic Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
